RULES OF FEE PAYMENT

Fee Payment Rules & Concessions

  • Fees must be paid as per the following schedule:

One Month Fee: April, May, August & September
Two Months Fee: June, October, December & February

Fee Concessions:

  • 25% concession will be applicable for siblings (Conditions apply).

  • 50% concession will be applicable for staff members (Conditions apply).

  • 50% concession will be applicable for Single Mother/Father, BPL/IRDP, and Ex-Servicemen families (Conditions apply).

  • No tuition fee will be charged for orphan students.

Fee Rules:

  • Registration fee will be charged only from new students.

  • Admission fee will be charged only from new students and students taking admission in Grade 1st and Grade 6th.

  • Tuition fee will be charged for 12 months.

  • Fee once deposited will not be refunded.

  • To avoid late fee charges, tuition fees must be deposited between the 25th of the previous month and the 7th of the current month.

Late Fee Charges (after the 7th of every month):

a) 8th–15th:   ₹30/-
b) 16th–24th: ₹50/-

 

 

 

Fee Concession – Terms & Conditions

  1. Fee concession will be granted only after submission of valid supporting documents and approval by the management.

  2. Concession benefits will be applicable only on tuition fees and shall not apply to admission fees, registration fees, examination fees, transport fees, activity fees, or any other charges.

  3. Sibling concession will be applicable only when two or more children from the same family are enrolled in the institution simultaneously.

  4. Staff concession will be applicable only to the children of currently employed staff members. If employment is discontinued, the concession will automatically cease.

  5. Single Mother/Father, BPL/IRDP, and Ex-Servicemen concessions will be granted only after submission of valid government-issued certificates/documents.

  6. Students receiving concession benefits must maintain regular attendance and proper conduct as per institutional rules.

  7. Any false information or submission of incorrect documents will result in immediate cancellation of the concession and recovery of the concession amount.

  8. Fee concessions are subject to annual review and may be revised, modified, or withdrawn by the management without prior notice.

  9. The management reserves the full right to approve, reject, or discontinue any concession under special circumstances.

  10. The decision of the management shall be final and binding in all matters related to fee concessions.

 

 

 

Poor but Bright Students Concession – Terms & Conditions

  1. A 50% to 100% fee concession may be granted to deserving students based on academic performance and the financial condition of the family.

  2. The concession will be applicable only after verification and approval by the management.

  3. The applicant must submit supporting documents for financial assessment, which may include:

    • BPL/IRDP Certificate (if applicable)

    • Income Certificate issued by a competent authority

    • Family income proof/salary certificate

    • Any other documents required by the institution

  4. The student should demonstrate good academic performance and maintain satisfactory progress throughout the academic session.

  5. Students must maintain regular attendance and good discipline within the institution.

  6. The concession will be applicable only on tuition fees and will not apply to admission fees, registration fees, examination fees, transport fees, activity fees, or any other charges unless approved by the management.

  7. Submission of false information or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of the concession and recovery of the concession amount.

  8. The management reserves the right to increase, reduce, continue, or discontinue the concession after reviewing the student’s performance and family circumstances.

  9. The decision of the management regarding approval or rejection of the concession shall be final and binding.
